John J. Veisz, AIA, CSBA
Mr. Veisz is the Corporate Secretary/Treasurer of the Firm. In addition to his overall managerial and administrative responsibilities, he serves as Principal-In-Charge of design projects, maintaining integral involvement through project construction. With over 27 years of experience as a Project Architect/Manager and Designer, Mr. Veisz has been involved in all phases of building programming, design and document preparation for new and renovation projects. Past professional experience as a former Associate with Bowers Design includes project management of design-build projects.
John also has extensive experience in diagnosing building envelope failures, reconstruction, roofing and waterproofing systems, and provides technical expertise for litigation services. He specializes in designing and managing complex roof replacement and forensic investigation projects. His resume includes numerous roof replacement projects for Rutgers University, Brooklyn Terminal Markets, roof deck replacement at the Camden County Correctional Facility and reconstruction of the Temple Beth Ahm Synagogue in Abington, PA.
