Kenny Guarino, RCI
Mr. Guarino, FVF's Roofing Specialist and Department Manager, has more than 20 years of experience in the evaluation and design of building envelope components. He has a solid technical background in roofing and waterproofing systems, as well as a thorough knowledge of programming, planning and design, building materials, and construction methods. Ken's responsibilities include cursory inspections, roof audits, pre-design evaluations, detailing for problem resolution and roof system design recommendation and cost estimates. He is also responsible for project construction administration including communications with project consultants and clients.
Ken has designed roof projects exceeding $18M over the past four years.
