As Senior Construction Administrator, Joel specializes in administering the construction for FVF's numerous renovation, addition and new construction projects. In his 30 years as a professional, he has served as project architect and manager of a range of projects for educational, municipal, and library clients. Joel also provides technical review of projects out to bid. Joel has been an integral part of the FVF team for over 19 years.
