Karen Mamo

As FVF's Business Administrator, Karen is responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development, overseeing financial and administrative operations, including strategic planning and budgeting, contract negotiations, human resources, legal issues and insurance, and designing and implementing policies and procedures.

Prior to joining FVF, Karen spent time as the Director of Operations of a graphics company for over 20 years.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening and the beach. Karen grew up in nearby Pennington, New Jersey.
