The Greater Egg Harbor Regional School District, Atlantic County, NJ is asking bids for Exterior Bleacher Repairs and Renovations at the Absegami and Oakcrest High Schools (FVF# 4055), 201 South Wrangleboro Road, Galloway, NJ 08205 and 1824 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Faridy Veisz Fraytak, P.C., Architects/Planners, Trenton, New Jersey.
Sealed bids will be received as follows: Single Overall Contract
Bids for the above will be received by the Greater Egg Harbor Regional School District in the Board Office, located at 1824 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330-2640, until 2:00 p.m. (Prevailing Time) on April 8, 2010, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 23, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. at the Greater Egg Harbor Regional School District in the Board Office, 1824 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for the proposed Work are on file at the office of the Architect listed above and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours. The Contract Documents may be purchased from the Architect upon payment of $150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Dollars) for each set, per each building project, with a limit of three (3) sets per bidder. Additional sets may be purchased at the Architect's costs. Checks should be made payable to Faridy Veisz Fraytak, PC. If the bidder requests the bidding documents be mailed, the bidder must provide their direct shipping account number to the Architect. The Architect assumes responsibility for placing the package for delivery only and not for proper and/or timely delivery of said package. Payments will be returned to bidders only upon prompt return of bid documents in good condition. A UPS OR FEDERAL EXPRESS ACCOUNT NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR SHIPMENT OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

c.Failure to submit for questions or request for information shall be deemed a waiver for any claims for future compensation regarding discrepancies within the Contract Documents. The submission of Price Proposal is conclusive evidence that the Bidder has completely reviewed the Contract Documents and fully understands and agrees to all the requirements, terms, conditions set forth therein. |
