The Hamilton Township Board of Education, Mays Landing, Atlantic County, New Jersey, is asking bids for Solar Roof Panels at the William Davies Middle School (FVF# 3977A), 1876 Dr. Dennis Foreman Dr., Mays Landing, NJ 08330; George L. Hess Educational Complex (FVF #3977B), 700 Babcock Road, Mays Landing, NJ 08330; and Joseph C. Shaner Memorial Elementary School (FVF #3977C), 5801 Third St., Mays Landing, NJ 08330, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Faridy Veisz Fraytak, P.C., Architects/Planners, 1515 Lower Ferry Road, P.O. Box 7371, Trenton, NJ 08628. Sealed bids will be received for: Single Overall Contract - C047 / C035
ADDENDUM NO. 1 issued March 25, 2010. Bids for the above will be received by the Hamilton Township Board of Education in the Business Offices, located at 1876 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, until 11:00 a.m. (Prevailing Time) on April 8, 2010, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter in the Business Office - Conference Room.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hamilton Township Board of Education Offices in the Conference Room, 1876 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
All questions must be sent only via facsimile at (609) 883-2694 with the job number referenced and received by March 24, 2010.
Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for the proposed Work are on file at the office of the Architect listed above and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours. The Contract Documents may be purchased from the Architect upon payment of $150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Dollars) for each set, per each building project, with a limit of three (3) sets per bidder. Additional sets may be purchased at the Architect's costs. Checks should be made payable to Faridy Veisz Fraytak, PC. If the bidder requests the bidding documents be mailed, the bidder must provide their direct shipping account number to the Architect. The Architect assumes responsibility for placing the package for delivery only and not for proper and/or timely delivery of said package. Payments will be returned to bidders only upon prompt return of bid documents in good condition. A FEDERAL EXPRESS OR UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR SHIPMENT OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
