Addendum #1 Issued 2-9-10
The Shamong Township Board of Education, Burlington County, New Jersey, is asking bids for the Gutter and Downspout Replacement at the Indian Mills Elementary School (FVF#4042A), located at 112 Indian Mills Road, Shamong, NJ 08088, and the Indian Mills Memorial Middle School (FVF#4042B), located at 295 Indian Mills Road, Shamong, NJ 08088, together with all work incidental thereto.
Sealed bids will be received as follows: Single Overall Contract - C008 / C066
Bids will be received at the Board of Education Office, located in Indian Mills Memorial Middle School, 295 Indian Mills Road, Shamong, New Jersey 08088, at 2:30 p.m. prevailing time on February 23, 2010, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter in the Media Center of the Middle School.
Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for the proposed work are on file in the New Jersey office of Faridy Veisz Fraytak, P.C., Architects/Planners and may be inspected by prospective bidders during office hours. Drawings and Specifications will be furnished upon payment to Faridy Veisz Fraytak, P.C. of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each set, with a limit of five (5) sets per bidder. Additional sets may be purchased at the Architect's costs. Payments will be returned to bidders only upon prompt return of bid documents in good condition. A FEDERAL EXPRESS or UPS account number is required for shipment of the plans and specifications.

Scope of Work:
Removal of existing roof gutters and downspouts in select locations at both the elementary school and middle school. Install new gutter system, EPDM strip-in, downspouts and boots. New work shall maintain warranties on existing roofs.
