The Galloway Township Board of Education, Atlantic County, New Jersey is asking bid for the Gymnasium Addition at the Reeds Road Elementary School (FVF #3967), 103 South Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Faridy Veisz Fraytak, P.C., Architects/Planners, Trenton, New Jersey.
Separate sealed bids will be received as follows:
Contract No. 1: General Construction Work
Contract No. 2: Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Work
Contract No. 3: Plumbing, Drainage & Sprinkler System Work
Contract No. 4: Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning Work
Contract No. 5: Electrical Work
AND, a Single Overall Contract comprising the above five Building Work Contracts (Contract No. 1 through Contract No. 5)
Bids for the above will be received by the Galloway Township Board of Education in the Administration Building, located at 101 S. Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ 08205, at 2:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time) on February 4, 2010, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 19, 2010, at 3:30 p.m. in the Administration Building, 101 S. Reeds Road, Galloway, NJ. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for the proposed work and on file and may be inspected by prospective bidders at the Architects New Jersey Office during office hours. Drawings and Specifications will be furnished upon payment to Faridy Veisz Fraytak, P.C. of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for each set, with a limit of three (3) sets per bidder. Additional sets may be purchased at the Architect's costs. Payments will be returned to bidders only upon prompt return of bid documents in good condition. A FEDERAL EXPRESS or UPS account number is required for shipment of the plans and specifications.
