The Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education is asking bids for Water Meter Replacement at Various Locations (FVF#4005) Administration Building, 425 S. Main St.; Central High School, 259 Pennington-Titusville Rd.; and Toll Gate Grammar School, 275 S. Main St., all located in Pennington, NJ 08534, together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Faridy Veisz Fraytak, PC Architects/Planners, 1515 Lower Ferry Road, P.O. Box 7371, Trenton, NJ 08628, telephone number 609-883-7101.
Sealed bids will be received for: SINGLE OVERALL CONTRACT
Bids for the above will be received by the Hopewell Valley Regional Board of Education Administrative Offices located at 425 S. Main St., Pennington, NJ 08534, until 2:00 P.M. (Prevailing Time) on June, 24, 2010, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for the proposed Work are on file at the office of the Architect listed above and may be inspected by prospective bidders during business hours. The Contract Documents may be purchased from the Architect upon payment of $150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Dollars) for each set, per each building project, with a limit of three (3) sets per bidder. Additional sets may be purchased at the Architect's costs. Checks should be made payable to Faridy Veisz Fraytak, PC. If the bidder requests the bidding documents be mailed, the bidder must provide their direct shipping account number to the Architect. The Architect assumes responsibility for placing the package for delivery only and not for proper and/or timely delivery of said package. Payments will be returned to bidders only upon prompt return of bid documents in good condition. A FEDERAL EXPRESS or UPS account number is required for shipment of the plans and specifications.
Single Overall Bid will be accepted for the following projects:
Water Meter Replacement at Administration Building, Hopewell Valley Central HS and Toll Gate elementary School

Project Scope:
Replacement of existing water meters (a total of four) to suit requirements of the Pennington Borough Water Company as shown in drawings and specifications.

Schedule:
Substantial completion on/before August 27, 2010
Estimated construction cost: $60,000.
